Period:
Start 1st May 2024 – 6 months with possible prolongation to a long-term contract.
No of hours per week:
Minimum 45 hours per week ( Can be up to 50 hours).
Work is following by planned shifts in one month advance.
Work is planned at present to:
Milking shifts 05.00 / 13.00 & 21:00 Calf care 07.00 08.00 then free time until 14.00 One – 15.00 calf care, two days off per week.
Pay per hour:
Euro 15 per hour
Swedish Self Employment recruitment (expected fiscal expenses 37% – depending on annual income level) alternative posted self-employed from the country of resident rules apply.
Qualifications:
Overall assessment of positive details such as:
- Communicative English or Polish
- Drivers licence B is a plus
- If the candidate come with their car is a plus otherwise If the candidate holds a valid driver’s license, they may borrow a car to go grocery shopping.
- Experience from milk farming, cows and calves
- Positive to teamwork
- Positive to physical work
- Having good health condition
Selection process:
Assessment is done first from CV with possible online interview to select candidate.

Once a candidate is approved, the candidate will have to sign a probationary agreement that is for the 14 first days of test period. If approved after 14 days candidate will sign the contract for the remaining period as self-employed in Sweden model. Test hours are compensated for loss of time with Euro 15 per hour.
(14 days test do not apply to the candidate’s resident or prior resident in Sweden, in such cases arrangements have to be done on a case-to-case
basis with a short none paid test at arrival).
Task:
Dealing with the milking process and handling mainly cows and calves tasks.
