No of hours per week:
Minimum hours per week 45 per week – except months May and September minimum of 35 per week. (more hours are highly likely to occur) one to two days normally days off in the week however during July and August due to high demand possibly no day off. Days off can be planned with management.
Pay per hour:
Minimum Euro 20.25 per hour (pre-taxes and social security).
Candidates applying for the position of pizza baker may be considered for a higher pay rate, up to a maximum of €24 per hour, following an interview or a skills assessment. It is important to note that the selected candidate must be registered as self-employed in Sweden, with an approximate fiscal charge of 37% on earnings. Special regulations apply for self-employed individuals from other EU countries.
Selected candidates will undergo a probationary test period, which is paid at a rate of €20.25 per hour for a maximum of 14 days. Please note that this inconvenience pay applies only to candidates who are not residents of Sweden. Additionally, test candidates will receive free travel to and from the testing location, including accommodation.

Preferred candidates’ profile
Flexible person who is fit and communicative. Used to teamwork. Candidate has at least a handful of years of previous experience as a chef and has worked at locations with high volume demand.
Selection process:
The CV should be submitted in English. The Dolphin team will conduct an online interview with the candidate. If the candidate passes the interview, the next step will be to travel to the site for a 14-day arrival probationary test period. Upon successful completion of the tests, the regular contract will begin.
Task:
Pizza bakers will work at the pizza-making station in the kitchen. Neapolitan pizza type.
The regular baker will work in a separate building next to the restaurant and shifts are mainly from morning to early afternoon. bread/wiener bread, croissants first in the morning, then pizza dough, then baking cakes etc and parallel preparation of dishes for the main kitchen.

The restaurant focuses on summer tourism and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The menu features a variety of dishes, including a la carte options and pizzas, with a Mediterranean influence. In addition to the restaurant, there is a shop that sells design items, pottery, and crafts.
During the peak season, the business employs around 25 people, primarily in the restaurant. The staff is diverse, with many young individuals from various nationalities. The management team is experienced and hails from Sweden.

Travel:
Paid travel to and from country of origin at arrival and departure by Dolphin Group Company for the 14-day test.
In case of longer commitment through a service agreement travel may not be included but forms part of the overall payment for the services performed.
