No of hours per week:
Minimum hours per week 45 per week – except months May and September minimum 35 per week. (more hours are highly likely to occur) one to two days normally days off in the week however during July and August due to high demand possible no day off. Days off can be planned with management.
Pay per hour:
Euro 24.75 per hour (pre-taxes and social security).
Note that the selected candidate will be Swedish Self-employed and will have an approximately 37% fiscal charge.
Possibly also posted self-employment from other EU- countries special rules apply.
Probationary tests for selected candidates maximum of 14 days are paid at Euro 24.75 per hour (inconvenience pay only for none Swedish resident candidates). Test candidates will have free travel to and from the test, including accommodation.
Qualifications:
Overall assessment of positive details such as:
- English, communicative, spoken – verified
- The Swedish language is a plus (not compulsory)
- Positive to physical work
- Having good health condition (no back problems)
- Experienced chef (documented)
- Experienced with Italian Pizza Neapolitan is a plus
- Teamwork ability
Preferred candidates’ profile
Flexible person who is fit and communicative. Used to teamwork. Candidate has at least a handful of years of previous experience as a chef and has worked at locations with high volume demand.
Selection process:
From CV in English. Dolphin team an online interview with the candidate. If the candidate passes interviews the next is to travel to the site and conduct the 14-day arrival probationary test period. If the candidate passes tests the regular contract will commence.
Task:
Chef at the kitchen, dealing with hot and cold dishes, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Will handle oven and stove. Italian pizza Neapolitan is a possible task.

The restaurant focuses on summer tourism and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The menu features a variety of dishes, including a la carte options and pizzas, with a Mediterranean influence. In addition to the restaurant, there is a shop that sells design items, pottery, and crafts.
During the peak season, the business employs around 25 people, primarily in the restaurant. The staff is diverse, with many young individuals from various nationalities. The management team is experienced and hails from Sweden.

Travel:
Paid travel to and from country of origin at arrival and departure by Dolphin Group Company for the 14-day test.
In case of longer commitment through a service agreement travel may not be included but forms part of the overall payment for the services performed.
