The arrival test period is 14 days. Followed by a contract. if an assignment is successful, the person will likely be offered a return for a new contract.
No of hours per week:
Minimum 48 hours per week (can be up to 50 hours).
Saturday, 6 hours; Sunday, no work. Work is followed by planned shifts.
Pay per hour:
Payment Euro 15 per hours
Note that the selected candidate will be Swedish Self- Employed and earnings are subject to approximately 37% fiscal charge.
Qualifications:
Overall assessment of positive details such as:
- Fair and communicative English is plus
- Experience agriculturally in particular greenhouse cultivations.
- Tractor driving experience, license is a plus
- Positive to teamwork
- Positive to physical work
- Having a good health condition
- Driver license B is a plus
Thought candidate Profile:
Someone who is strong and able to work at a good pace throughout the entire workday. Someone who can follow instructions and is not afraid to ask questions if they do not understand. Efficiency is key. Candidate able to work in team and alone when needed.
Selection process:
Assessment is done first from CV with a possible online interview to select a candidate.
Once a candidate is approved, the candidate will have to sign a probationary agreement that is for the 14 first days of test period. If approved after 14 days candidate will sign contract for the next period as self-employed in Sweden model. Test hours are compensated for loss of time with Euro 15 per hour. (14 days test do not apply to candidate’s resident or prior resident in Sweden, in such cases arrangement have to be done on a case-to-case basis with a short none paid test at arrival).
Task:
Soil preparation and fertilization: Understanding soil types, nutrients, and fertilizers to promote healthy plant growth. Familiarity with methods like seeding, cutting, or transplanting plants.
Harvesting and handling: Skills in safely harvesting and preparing plant mats for transport. Physical stamina: Since the job often involves manual labor, a strong work ethic and physical endurance are important.
Ultimate client:
Established large plant mat cultivation with about 6 employees of various nationalities, including Poland and Sweden. The client’s team consists of people of all ages, ranging from 20 to 57 years old.) Swedish management.

Travel:
Paid travel to and from country of origin at arrival and departure by Dolphin Group Company at assignment less than a year (not paid break travel during assignment).

Bed cloth PROVIDED by client.
Protective gloves are given to all staff. Other clothing must be brought by the staff themself.
Durable clothing is recommended, and shorts are suitable for the work environment as its warm.
