No of hours per week:
Minimum hours per week 40 (maximum offered can be as much as 90 hours at peak season).
2 days off per week during May and 1 day off per week during the rest of the season.
Restaurant opening hours are from 7 am to 11 pm and staff work in shifts with some break during the day.
Pay per hour:
Euro 15 per hour (pre- taxes and social security).
Note that the selected candidate will be Swedish Self Employed and earning are having approximately 37% fiscal charge.
Probationary tests for selected candidates, maximum 14 days, are paid at Euro 22.50 per hour (inconvenience pay only for non-Swedish resident candidates). Test candidates will have free travel to and from the test, including accommodation.

Preferred candidates’ profile
Flexible person who is fit probably and communicative. Used to teamwork.
Candidate have at least a handful of years previous experience and have worked at location with high volume demand.
Selection process:
From CV in English. Dolphin team an online interview with candidate. If candidate pass interviews the next is to travel to the site and conduct the 14 days arrival probationary test period.
If candidate pass the tests, the regular contract will commence.
Task:
As an assistant will be all around the kitchen and the place for what ever needed task given by the staff. It can be assist in the kitchen and cleaning tables, helping customers who have questions to resolve. During the peak season volume is high so its important that a quick speed with quality in resolving things is mastered.

Restaurant adjacent to camping site with large demand during summer season as it’s a popular tourist spot. The business is owned by two Swedish partners who manage the day to day operation and most staff is young mainly Swedish and Polish.
