Swedish Self Employment recruitment (expected fiscal expenses 37% – depending on annual income level) alternative posted self-employed from the country of resident rules apply. Possibly posted self-employed from home country in EU also possible if already self-employed.
Qualifications:
Overall assessment of positive details such as:

- Experience in construction projects
🔹 Carpenter: Skilled in framing, finishing, renovations, and reading blueprints. Ability to work with various tools and materials to construct and repair structures.
🔹 Concrete Worker: Experienced in mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete. Able to set up formwork, reinforce structures, and ensure high-quality results.
Selection for the test is done from CV and online interview.
Task:
Build stables:
• Framing and Structural Work: Build frameworks for walls, floors, and roofs.
• Interior and Exterior Finishing: Install doors, windows, trim, and mouldings.
• Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate construction.
• Renovation and Repair: Restore and upgrade wooden structures.
• Tool Handling: Safely operate power tools, saws, drills, and measuring equipment.
• Mixing and Pouring: Prepare concrete and pour it into moulds or designated areas.
• Formwork Setup: Build and secure forms for concrete structures.
• Smoothing and Leveling: Use hand and power tools to achieve smooth finishes.
• Curing and Sealing: Ensure proper setting and apply sealants for durability.
• Repair and Resurfacing: Fix cracks and resurface old concrete.
Accommodation:
The house follows Dolphin Group standards (which include Wi-Fi 24/7). Accommodation is at the farm fully equipped and transportation is provided by the farms for essential shopping.
