No of hours per week: The arrival test period is 14 days. Followed by a contract. if an assignment is successful, the person will likely be offered a return for a new contract.

Minimum 46 hours per week (can be up to 50 hours).
Saturday 6 hours, Sunday no work. Work is followed by planned shifts.
Pay per hour:
Payment €14.30 per hour
Note the selected candidate will be Swedish Self-Employed and earnings are subject to approximately 37% fiscal charge.
Qualifications:
Overall assessment of positive details such as:
- Fair and communicative English
- Experience agriculturally in particular greenhouse cultivations. positive to teamwork
- Positive to physical work
- Having a good health condition
- Driver license B is a plus
Thought of a candidate:
Someone who is strong and able to work at a good pace throughout the entire workday. Someone who can follow instructions and is not afraid to ask questions if they do not understand. Efficiency is key. The candidate is able to work in team and alone when needed.
Selection process:
Assessment is done first from CV with a possible online interview to select a candidate.
Once a candidate is approved, the candidate will have to sign a probationary agreement that is for the 14 first days of test period. If approved after 14 days candidate will sign contract for the next period as self-employed in Sweden model.
Test hours are compensated for loss of time with Euro 13,70 per hour.
(14 days test do not apply to candidate’s resident or prior resident in Sweden, in such cases arrangement have to be done on a case to case basis with a short none paid test at arrival).
Task:
In the spring season, we plant 100,000 to 150,000 plants every week. The job is to place these tables. All plants are planted using a robot and then placed on tables. They are later loaded onto carts and moved to another place. This is a manual, physical job that can be quite demanding at times.
The ultimate client:
Established a large Greenhouse with about 20 employees of various nationalities, including Poland, Thailand, Ukraine, and Sweden. The client’s team consists of people of all ages, ranging from 20 to 60 years old.) Swedish management.

Travel:
Paid travel to and from country of origin at arrival and departure by Dolphin Group Company for the 14-day test.
In case of longer commitment through a service agreement travel may not be included but forms part of the overall payment for the services performed.
Other details:
Offered Swedish Self Employment as a partner with assistance to get registered and filing to authorities.
Support by Dolphin internal staff for administration, travel and miscellaneous details Bed cloth PROVIDED by the client. Protective gloves are given to all staff. Other clothing must be brought by the staff themself. Durable clothing is recommended, and shorts are suitable for the work environment as it is warm.
Candidate must have a full passport (not only national ID).
