Start A.S.A.P. till 31.12.2024 with possible prolongation depending on on all parties.
No of hours per week:
Minimum 165 – hours a month of more work is possible depending on demands.
Work is according to schedule with other co- workers including some weekends and holidays. Scheduled leave.
Pay per hour:
Established after qualifications are assessed at the test. Pay per hour is expected approximately SEK 218 (brutto/pre-tax).
Note the selected candidate will be Swedish Self-employed and earning are having approximately 37% fiscal charge.
Probationary tests for selected candidates for a maximum of 14 days are paid at Euro 16 per hour (inconvenience pay only for non-s Swedish resident candidates). Test candidates will have free travel to and from test including accommodation.
Qualifications:
Overall assessment of positive details such as:
- English, Good level written and spoken – verified
- Positive to physical work
- Having a good health condition
- Driver’s licence (B) recommended
- Experience as a waiter or similar (preferably minimum 2-5 years documented)
Preferred candidates’ profile
Flexible person who is fit probably who can communicate in English and who previously has worked at least some years in a restaurant, café, hotel bar or similar. Used to teamwork.
Selection process:
From CV in English the hotel management will conduct together with Dolphin team an online interview with candidate. If candidate pass interviews the next is to travel to the site and conduct the 14 days arrival probationary test period. If candidate pass test the first regular contract will commence.
Task:
Hotels restaurant serves, breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week. The served food is buffet and a la carte. Waiter will attend the customer’s needs and keep the restaurant tidy with the wider team.
Info about company:
Well established hotel with modern refurbished kitchen. Most staff are Swedish including Restaurant Manager. All staff speaks English.

Accommodation:
Accommodation at the site or in a villa a few kilometres from the hotel. follows Dolphin Group standards (that include Wi-Fi 24/7, access to a fully equipped kitchen, own bedroom, access to the living room, toilet/shower). Cleaning at the accommodation is handled by the candidates.
NOTE that a charge of SEK 3000 per month is done for the accommodation but at the same time a subsidy pre tax of SEK 3000 is given (the effective cost is the tax of approximately 37% of SEK 3000)

Travel:
Paid travel to and from country of origin at arrival and departure by Dolphin Group Company for the 14-day test.
