Minimum 165 – hours a month more work is possible depending on demands.
Work is according to schedule with other co-workers including some weekends and holidays. Scheduled leave.
Pay per hour:
Established after qualifications is assed at test. Pay per hour is expected EURO 22,50.
Qualifications:
Overall assessment of positive details such as:
- English, Good level written and spoken – verified
- Swedish is a plus
- Positive to physical work
- Having good health condition
- Drivers’ licence (B) recommended
- Experience as CHEF or similar (preferably minimum 5 years documented)
Preferred candidates’ profile
Flexible person who is fit probably who can communicate in English who previously have worked at least some years in a restaurant, café, hotel or a bar or similar. Used to teamwork.
Selection process:
From CV in English the hotel management will conduct together with Dolphin team an online interview with candidate. If candidate pass interviews the next is to travel to the site and conduct the 14 days arrival probationary test period. If candidate pass tests the first regular contract will commence.
Task:
Hotels restaurant serves, breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week. CHEF will attend the customer’s needs and collaborate with restaurant team. The menu includes a la carte and international dishes using local supplies. Buffets are offered also on lunch and evenings. Special events occur like Barbecues evenings and events for client like Weddings, Anniversaries.
Info about company:
Well established hotel with modern refurbished kitchen. Most staff are Swedish, but some are from other countries such Portugal, Lithuania etc. The Restaurant Manager is Swedish. All staff speaks English.
Accommodation:
Accommodation at site or in a villa a few kilometres from the hotel. Follows Dolphin Group standards (that include Wi-Fi 24/7, access to fully equipped kitchen, own bedroom, access to living room, toilet/shower). Cleaning at accommodation is handled by the candidates.

Travel:
Paid travel to and from country of origin at arrival and departure by Dolphin Group Company for the 14-day test.
In case of longer commitment through a service agreement travel may not be included but forms part of the overall payment for the services performed.

Membership in Dolphin Group recruitment company, self-employment in Sweden (Swedish: taxation and affiliation for social security). Assistance from Dolphin backup team.
