Period:
START 1st October to 30th November and continuation from 2nd February 2025 to 30th November 2025 with possible prolongation.
The arrival test period is 14 days.
No of hours per week:
Minimum 50 hours per week (expected 60 hours a week). Work is following planned shifts. At least one full day off per week.
During summer period there will be a 3 weeks holiday exact dates will be established at a later point.
Pay per hour:
13.50 euro per hour
Arrival test hours are also paid by 13.50 euro.
(note it’s expected that earnings on a fully worked month will be about Euro 2.200 net)
Swedish Self Employment recruitment (expected fiscal expenses 37% – depending on annual income level.
Qualifications:
Overall assessment of positive details such as:
- Communicative English or Swedish or Polish or Russian
- In addition, there is a need to speak Polish or Russian as the direct manager is Polish and also speaks Russian (candidates from any market with these language skills can apply)
- Drivers licence B
- Positive to teamwork
- Positive to physical work
- Having a good health condition
Thought candidate Profile:
A candidate with experience from previous work in garden centre or with gardening including the experience in using tools and machines for such tasks.
The candidate is expected to be interested in the profession and ask relevant questions to the co- workers and team.
Selection process:
Assessment is done first from CV with possible online interview to select candidate.
Once a candidate is approved, the candidate will have to sign a probationary agreement that is for the 14 first days of test period. If approved after 14 days candidate will sign contract for the next period as self-employed in Sweden model.
Test hours are compensated for loss of time with Euro 13.50 per hour.
(14 days test do not apply to candidate’s resident or prior resident in Sweden, in such cases arrangement have to be done on a case to case basis with a short none paid test at arrival).
Task:
Work with the green areas and gardening at the end clients, including support task related to the operations at the business. The work start by leaving the garden centre to the end client for the day with the team and at end of day returning to the garden centre.
The ultimate client:
Well established garden centre with operations at the site and staff who do work at client’s locations in the province usually in small teams.

Accommodation follows Dolphin Group minimum standards including WIFI available. Bedroom with kitchen and toilets. Common areas (kitchen/bathroom/common area) are shared with at other co-workers. At current there live 4 people at the selected accommodation.
10 minutes’ walk from accommodation to the worksite.
Town with Pharmacy, ATM, several supermarkets, shops etc, 7 km away (public buses go regularly from close to accommodation)

Paid travel to and from country of origin at arrival and departure by Dolphin Group Company at assignment less than a year (not paid break travel during assignment).
