After passing the arrival test period – a 6 month contract is followed with a possible long-term contract offer.
No of hours per week:
40 hours (extra hours can occasionally occur)
Pay per hour:
EUR 18.75 per hour pre-taxes
A possible performance bonus might be introduced.
Swedish Self Employment recruitment (expected fiscal expenses 37% – depending on annual income level) alternative posted self-employed from the country of resident rules apply.
Expected net earnings contract period, if Swedish Self Employment as a non-resident and no absence Euro 12,285.
Qualifications:
Overall assessment of positive details such as:
- Communicative English (Polish is a plus)
- Minimum of one year of experience in gas cutting
- Experience in working with metal (differences between aluminium, stainless copper)
- Forklift experience documented (counterweight forklift)
- Experience in operating cranes is a plus
- Experience in Excavator is a plus
- Positive to physical work
- Having a good health condition

Selection process:
Assessment is done first from a CV with a possible online interview to select a candidate.
Once a candidate is approved, he will have to sign a probationary agreement that is for the 14 first days of the test period. If approved after 14 days candidate will sign a contract for the remaining period as self-employed.
Task:
Cutting burning of metals with gas burners. Manual sorting of metals such as aluminium, and stainless copper. Some driving with a truck and excavator may also occur.

The ultimate client:
The company has 14 persons today and management. Half of the staff is Polish. Management is Swedish.
Accommodation:
Accommodation follows Dolphin Group minimum standards (that includes WI-FI 24/7).
1 bedroom apartment not shared with kitchen and bathroom.
Accommodation is in town 1-2 km from the workplace and candidates have to resolve transport themselves. If a candidate has own car it’s helpful. Walking will take 20 minutes one way. Alternative candidates might arrange with co-workers who live in town to join transport.
