After a successful probationary test, the first contract is 3 months with a possible followed offer of a long-term contract.
No of hours per week:
Minimum 50 hours per week (can become more if a person wants up to 70 hours occasionally). Work is following planned shifts.
1 day free a week scheduled.
Pay per hour:
Euro 15
Swedish Self Employment recruitment (expected fiscal expenses 37% – depending on annual income level) alternative posted self-employed from the country of resident rules apply.
Qualifications:
Overall assessment of positive details such as:
- Fair and communicative English
- Drivers licence B it’s a plus
- Drivers licence for the tractor is a plus
- Experience with animals in particular cows and calves is a plus
- Prepared to follow instructions given and positive to teamwork
- Positive to physical work
- Having a good health conditionNote a zero-tolerance policy applies for alcohol and drug use at assignment.
Thought candidate Profile:
A candidate who has the experience in farming work with animals and if possible, also how to operate the tractor.
Selection process:
Assessment is done first from CV with possible online interview to select candidate.
Once a candidate is approved, the candidate will have to sign a probationary agreement that is for the 14 first days of test period. If approved after 14 days candidate will sign contract for the remaining period as self-employed in Sweden model.
Test hours are compensated for loss of time with Euro 15 per hour.
(14 days test do not apply to candidate’s resident or prior resident in Sweden, in such cases arrangement have to be done on a case to case basis with a short none paid test at arrival).
Task:
Dealing with the milking process, making sure the cows and calves are well including feeding and cleaning.
The ultimate client:
Well established family operated milk farm who also have farm machines and some cultivation of vegetables. There are 400 cows at farm. A few persons work at the farm mainly from Sweden, Lithuania at the moment.
