Number of people:
Either one person at 100% (fulltime) or two persons at 75% (a couple of experience can apply).
Period:
Start A.S.A.P. 6 months with possible prolongation to long-term contract.
No of hours per week:
Minimum 40 hours per week (likely a bit more as some work is offered on some weekends). Work is mainly Monday to Friday.
Pay per hour:
Euro 13 per hour for test period.
If candidate pass probationary test, payment Euro 14.50 per hour.
Swedish Self Employment recruitment (expected fiscal expenses 37% – depend on annual income level) alternative posted self-employed from country of resident rules apply.
Qualifications:
Overall assessment of positive details such as:
- Communicative English
- Drivers licence B is a plus
- Experience with pig farming or animals
- Positive to teamwork
- Positive to physical work
- Having good health condition
Thought candidate Profile:
A candidate man or woman or couple with experience in pig farming or previous work with animal farming.
Selection process:
Assessment is done first from a CV with a possible online interview to select a candidate.
Once a candidate is approved, the candidate will have to sign a probationary agreement that is for the 14 first days of the test period. If approved after 14 days candidate will sign a contract for the remaining period as self-employed in the Sweden model.
Test hours are compensated for loss of time with Euro 13 per hour.
(The 14-day test does not apply to the candidate’s resident or prior resident in Sweden, in such cases arrangements have to be made on a case-to-case basis with a short non-paid test at arrival).
Task:
Daily care of pigs, routine work sows, piglets and slaughter pigs.
The ultimate client:
Well established family operated chicken farm. Management is Swedish and a handful of workers mainly resident in Sweden work at the farm.
