After passing and approving the arrival test a contract was to 31st July 2024 with possible prolongation to 31st October 2024.
A break period of 1 or 2 weeks might be possible to plan with the end client (any travel during the break is at the candidate’s own expense).
No of hours per week:
Minimum 40 hours per week (likely a bit more as some work is offered on some weekends).
Work is mainly Monday to Friday.
Pay per hour:
Euro 14.25 per hour
Swedish Self Employment recruitment (expected fiscal expenses 37% – depending on annual income level) alternative posted self-employed from the country of resident rules apply.
Qualifications:
Overall assessment of positive details such as:
- Communicative English
- Drivers licence B it’s a must
- Experience from farm or warehouse work is a plus
- Positive to teamwork
- Positive to physical work
- Having good health condition
Thought candidate Profile:
A candidate man or woman who is quick in handling packing and sorting tasks. Flexible to other tasks.
Selection process:
Assessment is done first from CV with possible online interview to select candidate.
Once a candidate is approved, the candidate will have to sign a probationary agreement that is for the 14 first days of test period. If approved after 14 days candidate will sign contract for the remaining period as self-employed in Sweden model.
Test hours are compensated for loss of time with Euro 14.25 per hour.
(14 days test do not apply to candidate’s resident or prior resident in Sweden, in such cases arrangement have to be done on a case to case basis with a short none paid test at arrival).
Task:
Dealing with packing and sorting of eggs about 70% of time. Cleaning stables for chickens. Clearing grass and tasks that relates to the day to day operations of the chicken farm.
The ultimate client:
Well established family operated chicken farm. Management is Swedish and a handful of workers mainly resident in Sweden work at the farm.

The accommodation is on the farm.
