2 Animal Farm Assistant With Tractor Driving Skills - Borås / Sweden

Pay per hour:
Euro 13 per hour.

Swedish Self Employment recruitment (expected fiscal expenses 37% – depending on annual income level) alternative posted self-employed from the country of resident rules apply.
Qualifications:
Overall assessment of positive details such as:
- Communicative English or Swedish
- Positive to physical work
- Having a good health condition
- Drivers’ license (B)
- Tractor driving skills are a requirement
Thought candidate Profile:
A candidate with animal farming skills who has experience in using tractors and farming machines. Positive with teamwork and patience necessary for the tasks. Quick learner of new tasks.
Selection process:
Assessment is done first from CV with possible online interview to select candidate.
Once a candidate is approved, the candidate will have to sign a probationary agreement that is for the 14 first days of the test period. If approved after 14 days candidate will sign a contract for the remaining period as self-employed in the Sweden model.
Test hours are compensated for loss of time with Euro 13 per hour.
(The 14-day test does not apply to the candidate’s resident or prior residence or connection with Sweden, in such cases, arrangements have to be made on a case-to-case basis with a short non-paid test at arrival).

Task:
Cultivation and partly animal husbandry dairy cows farm and also machine handling in field work.
The ultimate client:
It’s a family farm, with robot milking of cows. Farms also have some cultivation of plantations. The manager of the farm is Swedish. A few other staff mainly Swedish.

The house follows Dolphin Group standards (which include Wi-Fi 24/7). Accommodation is at the farm.
Transportation is available at the farm for use to buy domestic supplies nearby weekly.
